Testing of Your Faith.

"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet rials of various kinds, for you know that testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."  - James 1:2-4

Us as humans meet trials and tribulations regularly. We pressure others to do things they don't want to. We do things we know is wrong. We are all considered sinners, we were born sinners. Jesus died on the cross for our sins. What makes you good, is doing the right thing when you are tested in times of evil. It may be hard and it may be difficult; however, you are to push away from evil and do what is right. If you know something is wrong and you do it anyway, for you have sinned.

"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways." - James 1:5-8

If ever in trouble, just take one moment aside and talk to God. Ask him for his help, and his wisdom. If you allow him to help and be there for you, he will. Ask God for help anytime in trouble. Do not ever doubt in the faith. Have faith in the Lord our God. He is always there for us, when others might not be. You will be tested, and you shouldn't just try to solve things on your own. For God is always there. You are never alone.

"Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am being tempted by God," for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire." - James 1:12-14

God does not tempt you, understand that. Evil tempts you. It is a test of your faith. Be strong and overcome evil. Ask for Gods help, for he is stronger than all of us. He can overcome evil. We are all tempted and starts to lure away from the faith when we are fallen into temptation of the evil. Step up and overcome temptation. You can always do that with God's help. You just have to ask him.

Remember, that God never tempts us. Evil does.

Overcome evil with love.

The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all.
Amen.
